How This Service Works
If you are purchasing an item from us and happen to be travelling you are able to collect this item and save the GST – effectively a discount of 15%.
To do this, you are required to collect the item when departing New Zealand on an international flight. If you would like to use this service please just let one of our friendly team know.
If you would like to do Duty Free and you are wanting to buy an item of ours online simply choose this option at the checkout. We will email you a seperate invoice for the duty free charge.
How Much Does This Service Costs?
The charge for this is $345.00 NZD, this cost is charged to us by Auckland Airport to facilitate the transaction and doesn’t make up any of our profit.
Where Do I Collect My Item From?
All items are collected from The Collection Point at Auckland Airport. Click here to visit their website for more information. This service is currently only available at Auckland International Airport.
What Information is Required?
We require your flight number and departing date, your passport or NZ drivers licence and your email address. Once we have booked this in you will get a collection authorisation of which you show as proof of payment.
